Start by zooming in to the area of the province you are interested in using the zoom tool

If you hold down the left mouse button and drag the mouse, a red rectangle will appear. Release the left mouse button when the red rectangle is the desired size
and the map will zoom to the exact rectangle area that was drawn.
Then click on the select by rectangle tool
(to change the tool function)
and select your desired weather stations.
The area on the screen with this text will be replaced with various options for graphing station data and station detail information.
